Here's why Mayorkun swears to never perform in Calabar again
Mayorkun who is currently signed to Sony Music Entertainment came out publicly this morning, December 19, 2023, to announce that he will not be performing at any future events in Calabar, Cross River state.
Mayorkun performed at the Naija Most Wanted Calabar Festival which happened at the U.J. Esuene Stadium, Calabar, Cross River State. It was at this venue that his chain allegedly worth $150,000 was stolen from him while on his neck.

It was an uproar as Mayorkun was led off the stage and he then proceeded to tweet on his X "Calabar, you'll probably never ever see me again, goodluck to the other artistes coming for your festivals tho."
