Pep Guardiola shares the secret to Manchester City's success

The manager of Manchester City, Pep Guardiola has shared the secret to the club's success in the past couple of seasons.

The Spaniard was speaking in a post-match conference after the victory in the Manchester derby at Old Trafford. He was asked whether he could pinpoint the difference between the two clubs post-match.

"We are in the same direction. Me, the CEO, also the sporting directors, and the chairman. That is why I think the club is so stable."

Erling Haaland opened the scoring from the penalty spot midway through the first half before scoring his 11th Premier League goal of the season in the second half, heading past Andre Onana. He assisted Phil Foden for the third goal of the match.

Manchester City have won a lot of trophies since the arrival of Guardiola, the club enjoyed their best success last season (2022/23) which saw them win a treble.
