ARS vs MCI: Bukayo Saka misses out on clash against Manchester City

Arsenal's Bukayo Saka was not named in the match-day squad in one of the most entertaining fixtures of the season against Manchester City.

The England international has been a doubt for the game after he picked up an injury in the UEFA Champions League game against Lens on Wednesday, October 4, 2023. This is the first time Bukayo Saka would not be available on a match day for the first time in 87 Premier League matches.

Gabriel Martinelli and Thomas Partey who were returning from injury were both named on the bench by Mikel Arteta.

Both teams will be looking forward to having the better of the other, the winner will go top of the Premier League table. Only Arsenal and Tottenham are yet to taste a defeat this season heading into the game at the Emirates Stadium.
