Inter Miami CEO reportedly announce the date for Lionel Messi's debut

Lionel Messi is reportedly set to kick off his life at Inter Miami in what looks like the final chapter of his football career.

The owner of Inter Miami, Jorge Mas has reportedly confirmed the date of Lionel Messi's debut game. for the club, as the Major League Soccer side. Messi confirmed that he was going to join the MLS side after he decided not to renew his contract with Paris Saint Germain.

The Mirror confirmed on its website that the fans of the club might see Messi play when Inter Miami plays against Mexican side Cruz Azul on Friday, July 21, 2023. According to reports,

The game will be played at the DRV PNK Stadium in Fort Lauderdale and comes in the group stage of the Leagues Cup which features teams from MLS and Liga MX.

Messi is still yet to be unveiled by Inter Miami because he is still technically a PSG player until Friday, June 30, 2023.
