Amidst reports of Chelsea FC being close to finalizing a record-breaking deal for world cup 2022-winning Argentine and Benfica young player Enzo Fernandez, sports journalists have confirmed that the deal is far from being finalized as Benfica and Chelsea FC have not reached an agreement in terms of how payment can be made.

Benfica is reportedly asking for the full 120 million dollars in payment for the young player, which is not what Chelsea has in plan. The blues are reportedly proposing an installment payment of 120 million dollars. This is a huge concern for the blues as they might not just finalize the deal for the youngster who was crowned the FIFA World Cup 2022 young player of the tournament.
