There was good news for supporters of Paris Saint Germain following the news from Kylian Mbappe about his future at the club.

The future of the France midfielder has been in doubt in the past week after the news broke out that Mbappe has asked to leave PSG in January. According to the player, the news is false, he did not submit any transfer request to the club.

I am very happy, I never asked to leave in January. The info came out on the day of the match ( against Benfica), I am sure not even remotely involved in this news. Mbappe made this revelation while speaking to RMC Sports, after the Parisians game against Olympique Marseille in the Ligue 1. The youngster signed a contract extension with PSG during the summer transfer window of 2021 which will keep him at the club until 2023.
