The group stages of the Women's Africa Cup Of Nations (WAFCON 2022) was completed in the late hours of Sunday, July 10, 2022, and the last eight teams that progressed to the knockout stages has been confirmed as well as the fixtures they would feature in the quarter-final stages.

The Super Falcons Of Nigeria had weathered the storm and secured a spot in the last 8 teams out of their group alongside the Bayana Bayana Of South Africa.

The host country Morocco also proved the resilience as they secured a spot in the last eight of the competition alongside other countries such as Tunisia, Cameroon, Zambia, Senegal and Botswana.
