It's the second month of the year already. And although it's relatively quiet, a number of projects have been released in the country. Below are five of such projects we think you should listen to.

#1. Iyanya - For Your Love (EP)
Iyanya's four-track EP is a medley of love songs driven on the wheels of attraction. Like he's been known to do, the artiste combines eclectic production with his serenading vocals, usually staying in a mildly urgent R&B mood. A perfect listen for a laid-back weekend and should have one playing the songs on a loop.

Chike's project has been hailed by just about everyone, with many dubbing it the "album of the year" already. A rolling narrative of love songs unfurls here as the artiste combines his arresting vocals with his penchant for slick songwriting.
The YBNL honcho's eighth solo album is posited as a rap project. As we wrote, it attains fair success at flaunting the OG status many place Olamide in. Come for the name and the promise of discovering new rappers, stay for the raps and the game being preached by a general.
#4. T Classic - UNDERRATED theEP
T-Classic has been around for a minute, steady on his grind and releasing a couple of good songs. However, none of the songs cracked the mainstream like Nobody Fine Pass You and with this comes to his EP which rightly proclaims him as "underrated." Hopefully, that changes.
Khalil's 7-track EP is proof of his versatility. Taking a diverse set of themes, his singing finds a gem in every beat. On opener "Cold Blanket," he engages the risque, singing of sexual acts with a lover. Elsewhere, on "Story," he taps the Afrobeats vibe; buzzing act Buju makes for a standout chill laid back bop which is "Collide." Khalil deserves all the props for this project, a satisfying offering that has proven to be a giver.
