Tai Chi is a Bongo Fleva tune spiced up with Congolese Lingala in which the  Tanzania House Of Talent alumni confesses how deep she is in love and uses code words and substitutive phrases to explain his boyfriend's mastery in the bedroom.

The song is a daring change up for Ruby who has embraced a new genre, nothing like she has ever done before in her career but the track's unexpected ending and over-metaphorical use of words have made the song a second class and an underling of her prior songs such "Na Yule" and "Alele".

Despite featuring Ruby's breathtaking and well-executed vocals, the song was written by Rac Kizzy, a Tanzanian songwriter who has so far written many songs for mainstream female artists such as "Uchawi Upo" by Amber Lulu and Saraphina's smash hit "Wamerudiana"
