During the event, Burna Boy's Grammy-winning mother, Bose Ogulu, took the stage to present King Sunny Ade with an honorary award. In a viral video, the Appreciation crooner showcased his joy with a big smile and impressive dance moves as he received the accolade.

The lively moment captured Burna Boy's mother joining King Sunny Ade in a dance on stage before presenting him with the well-deserved plaque. In his brief speech, the 77-year-old Juju legend expressed gratitude to God, stating, “Praise the Lord! Actually I don’t know what to say but to thank the almighty God for me to be alive to be here today.”
