The head coach of Brazil Carlo Ancelotti has reportedly submitted his team's provisional squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, with several high-profile stars making the cut ahead of the tournament in North America.
The former Real Madrid coach, Ancelotti is expected to trim the list down before announcing his final 26-man squad later this month.
One of the biggest headlines is the inclusion of Neymar, who returns to the national team setup despite recent injury concerns. However it is yet to be seen if the veteran forward could feature in what may be his final World Cup campaign.
Brazil’s attacking options remain stacked with world-class talent including Vinícius Júnior, Rodrygo, Raphinha and teenage sensation Endrick. The Seleção are expected to rely heavily on their pace, creativity and attacking depth as they chase a record-extending sixth World Cup title.
Ancelotti named strong lineup of midfielders as Casemiro and Bruno Guimarães are joined by emerging stars like Andrey Santos and João Gomes. Defensively, Brazil boast strong options including Marquinhos, Éder Militão and Gabriel Magalhães.
