The African FIFA World Cup qualifying series officially ended on Tuesday, November 15th, 2021.

Ten teams qualified from ten groups which saw the group leaders advance to the next round of the playoffs. The qualified teams have been divided into two pots, the draw will be held on December 18th, 2021.
Each team will be paired against each other to face each other in a home and away fixture which will see five teams qualify for the tournament in Qatar.
Pot 1 consists of: Senegal, Morocco, Algeria, Nigeria and, Tunisia.
