Ole was speaking in a press conference with Sky Sports on Friday, October 22nd, 2021 ahead of the game against the Reds. The last time the Red Devils met a team from the Merseyside this season ended in a draw.
He also spoke about the game against Atalanta on Wednesday in the UEFA Champions League. He said games like that always bring a couple of knocks to the players.
Games like Wednesday night are always going to bring knocks and bruises. We do have two or three from that game. Bruno might be one of them that is a doubt but he's doing everything he can to be ready. It was a great effort towards the end, of the course a great comeback and a great Champions League night. We have some knocks and bruises. But it's still Friday, the game is on Sunday and we will give everyone time. Today in training, we didn't have everyone, but let's see Sunday.
Manchester United have failed to win a Premier League game in their last three attempts while Liverpool is the only team in the league without a defeat in all competitions.
