Manchester United have announced that their league game against Brighton has been postponed because of the outbreak of covid-19 in the camp of the Red Devils.

Manchester United confirmed the news on its website on Thursday, December 167th, 2021. According to reports from the club, the decision to postpone the game will ensure there is no spread of the virus among other players who have not been infected by the virus.
The game against Brighton is United's second game that has been postponed in less than a week. The first game rescheduled was an away fixture against Brentford. The Premier League is adamant that the remaining games will continue where safety is possible. The health and wellbeing of all concerned remain the priority of the league.
