Luis Enrique reacts to PSG's decision to drop Kylian Mbappe

There are a lot of doubts concerning where the captain of the French Men's national team, Kylian Mbappe will play his football next season.

The 24-year-old was left out of the team's pre-season training session in Japan. There were rumours concerning him being left out of the team as they prepare for the 2023/24 season.

The manager of Paris Saint Germain, Luis Enrique was speaking at a press conference about the players that were left out of the team. He said some players need to leave while they will be some new players will come into the club.

"Some departures need to be made. We also need new signings. We will use these matches on tour to see how we feel with the impact of the squad."

There are rumours that Kylian Mbappe has accepted a new with Real Madrid ahead of the end of his contract when the 2023/24 season ends. The youngster is currently in the final year of his contract and has failed to trigger his contract extension which will see him stay until 2025.

PSG have given Kylian Mbappe until Monday, July 31, 2023, to sign a new contract or risk being sold before the end of the transfer window.
