Here is why Organisers called off Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usky's fight

Boxing lovers will have to wait a little longer before they can see a rematch between Britain's Tyson Fury and Ukraine's Oleksandr Usky in the boxing ring.

The fight was initially due to happen in Saudi Arabia on February 17, 2024. However, this means a new date will be picked as rescheduled after Fury suffered a cut above his eye during a sparring session.

Fury said,

"I feel bad for everyone involved in this huge event and I will work diligently towards the rescheduled date once the eye is healed. Can't help getting injured in sparring but what I can say was Usyk was in trouble. I am in fantastic shape. I will reschedule soon as I can. 2024 a massive year for team GK.”

A new date for the fight will be announced by the organisers as it will take time for Fury's injury to heal as it requires medical attention and probably stitching.
