The owners of Chelsea Football Club have set a standard for its new coach, Graham Potter following the sack of Thomas Tuchel.

Potter was appointed the manager of the Blues on Thursday, September 8th, 2022 on a five-year deal worth £60 million. According to reports from the telegraph, the English man will not be sacked at the end of this season even of the Blues fail to finish in the top four.
The English man joined the Blues from Brighton Football Club, which he joined in the summer of 2019. However, the minimum goal of the new owners is that the club finishes in the top four.
The Blues poor start to the season have seen them placed sixth on the table after just six games and this has made the race for the top four very difficult as they are five points behind league leaders Arsenal.
