Nigerian rap duo Show Dem Camp (SDC) has announced the release date of a new joint project with Nsikak and The Cavemen.
This album is titled No Love in Lagos and is set to be released on August 9, 2024. It features a joint effort between SDC, The Cavemen, and singer-songwriter Nsikak David, with production by Spax.
The announcement was made by SDC on their social media channels, stating "NO LOVE IN LAGOS' The Album. @showdemcamp x @StayCavy x @iamnsikak_ Prod by @spaxclassic Out Aug 9th!!!". This is the first time they will be collaborating with The Cavemen and Nsikak David on a full-length project.
Show Dem Camp is composed of Wale Davies (Tec) and Olumide Ayeni (Ghost). They have established themselves as one of the leading forces in the Nigerian alternative/Alté music scene. The duo has released a string of successful projects. Most of which are under their Clone Wars and Palmwine Music series. They have been working with a host of artists such as Tems, BOJ, and Ladipoe.
The Cavemen are a fast-rising Afrobeats duo known for their unique blend of highlife and alternative sounds. Equally, Nsikak David is an acclaimed guitarist, music producer and singer-songwriter who has collaborated with various artists in the Nigerian music industry.
