Popular Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, better known as Portable Zazu, has arrived in Cape Town, South Africa, with his wife, Omobewaji, after a challenging journey from Nigeria.
The artist, in a video on his Instagram page on Friday on April 12, 2024, revealed that the trip took over 70 hours and included three stopovers, making the journey stressful.
Upon arrival at the Cape Town airport, Portable shared a message with his South African fans, noting the difficulty of the trip and emphasizing that he would not allow fans free access to take pictures and videos of him. A video clip captured the singer's wife holding him tightly as they departed the airport, while Portable declared, "Ika of Africa lands in South Africa. If you don't have money, don't come. It's not easy to be here. No free video, no free picture."
Portable's visit marks a significant moment for his South African fans, although his journey's exhaustion has led him to set boundaries for fan interactions.
