Jung Kook of BTS has set a new record for all Korean artists on the charts in Nigeria with his new song 'Seven,' which features Latto.

One of the members of the biggest boy group in the world of music today, BTS, Jung Kook, has unlocked a new achievement on the Spotify Daily Chart for Nigeria with his new song Seven which features American female rapper Latto.

Jung Kook became the first Korean solo artist to debut two songs in the top 50 of the Spotify Top Songs Daily Chart for Nigeria. His first debut was the World Cup theme song for the 2022 competition in Qatar, Dreamers, which reached number 41 with over 10,000 streams. His second debut was Seven, which reached number 46 with over 28,000 streams on its first day of release.

This is a remarkable achievement for the singer as he has made debuts on the chart alongside the members as solo artists and as a group. BTS and its members remain the first and only Korean artists to debut over 10 songs on the daily and weekly charts for Spotify in Nigeria.

The song peaked at number one and two on the iTunes chart and is currently trending for Nigeria on YouTube. It also holds spots on the Apple Music Top Songs chart for Pop.

This is a huge achievement as fans wait for the release of his debut album, although an official release date has not been confirmed yet. Fans of the talented group (ARMY) have continued to show the dominance of the group worldwide and Africa is not excluded as well.
