Davido's lawyer, Bobo Ajudua, has aired his opinion on the Grammy's decision to ignore Wizkid's "Essence" for a win in its nominated category.

Iconic Nigerian singer, songwriter and performer Wizkid lost the Best Global Music Performance category in which his smash tune 'Essence' featuring Nigerian songstress Tems was nominated at the 64th Grammy Awards in Las Vegas today, Sunday, April 3, 2022, to Pakistani singer Arooj Aftab.

Reacting to the news, Bobo Ajuda, who is Afrobeats singer Davido's lawyer, took to his Twitter page to react to the loss. He wrote:

I don’t know much, and don’t speak much on these things, but we ALL KNOW that award belonged to ‘Essence’. They gave the world an ANTHEM
