Nigerian music producer and CEO of Mavins Records, Don Jazzy, has dismissed rumors that popular singer Rema has terminated his contract with the label.

Rumors had circulated that Rema had parted ways with Mavins and its affiliate, Jonzing World, owned by Don Jazzy's brother, D'Prince.

Meanwhile, Don Jazzy took to social media to subtly address the rumors. He posted a picture of himself, Rema, and Mavins' Chief Operating Officer, Tega Oghenejobo, with the caption "Mavins in Paris". Also, the post came after Rema performed at the Yardland Festival in Paris, France, on July 7, 2024, alongside other Nigerian acts like Odumodublvck.

Meanwhile, by sharing the photo, Don Jazzy implied that Rema remains a part of the Mavins Records family, putting to rest speculation about his departure. The move has reassured fans of the label and Rema's music, confirming that the talented singer is still under the Mavins umbrella.

Additionally, this development marks a significant clarification in the Nigerian music industry, as rumors of Rema's exit had generated significant buzz. Lastly, with Don Jazzy's statement, it is clear that Rema remains an integral part of the Mavins Records team.
