Nigerian ace disc jockey DJ Big N and Ghanaian heavyweight singer Shatta Wale had words to say to each other following negative remarks about Nigerian artistes made by the Ghanaian.
The back and forth started after Shatta Wale, in a video making the rounds on social media, said that he doesn't need Nigerian artistes to sell out a stadium in Ghana. Part of his words were:
They said I won’t be able to fill my own stadiums, I don’t need any Nigerian artiste to sell out Ghana’s Stadium, F*** all Nigerian artistes
Reacting to the video on Instagram initially, DJ Big N yesterday, December 26, 2021, stated that he didn't see Shatta Wale's point, making it known that the Nigerians are not his enemies. He wrote:
My Dear @shattawalenima I watched this video more than once. I tried to see your point. We are not the enemy. You can’t Blaitanlty say “FxxK Nigerians” and think there won’t be any repercussions. We are not to blame that you are a local champion. Look at your counterpart @stonebwoyb He works smart. Stop this bickering and talk true. Naija man don collect your babe again Abi.
Replying to DJ Big N, Shatta Wale slammed the Mavin Records disc jockey, stating that he (DJ Big N) does not promote Stonebwoy, whom he mentioned in his initial reaction.
After Shatta Wale's reply, DJ Big N took to his twitter page to reply to the Ghanaian reggae-dancehall act, imploring him to read to comprehend, not just reply back.
