Davido opens up on the struggle of losing his first son and birth of his twins

Davido has opened up about his struggles following the tragic passing of his first son and how he and his wife reacted to the news of them expecting twins.

Award-winning singer and performer David Adeleke, who is popularly known as Davido, opened up in a recent interview about how he struggled with the loss of his son Ifeanyi and how much of a blessing his wife, Chioma, giving birth to twins is to him.

The singer revealed that the loss of his son was tough for him, as it is an occurrence that can make people lose faith in God, but he is grateful for the love and support he received from his team and family, who made it a whole lot easier for him to come out stronger.

The singer spoke about how he and his wife reacted when they discovered they were expecting twins. He revealed that they were shocked and scared at first, but having the children a year after the passing of his first son is somewhat of a blessing for him.

Recall Davido had initially reacted to old videos of him and Chioma in the hospital, debunking that the images were old. His initial post did not confirm or deny the news, but the new video on social media has now confirmed the exciting news for the singer.

The recent interview is the first time the singer has officially confirmed the birth of his children after questions as to whether his wife Chioma gave birth to twins surfaced on social media. The singer confirmed that the bundle of joy happens to be one son and one daughter,
