Koffi Olomidé was cleared of all sexual assault charges but imprisoned for kidnapping his former dancers.

Congolese iconic singer Antoine Christophe Agbepa Mumba, popularly known as Koffi Olomidé, has been cleared of all charges related to sexual assault but convicted of kidnapping.
The ex-dancers filed a complaint between 2007 and 2013, accusing Koffi Olomidé of locking them in a pavilion in the Paris suburbs and forcing them to have sex with him, on a regular basis for some.
In a recent update, a French court cleared the Soukus singer, dancer, producer, and composer of sexually assaulting four of his former dancers, but has ordered that the singer serve an 18-month prison sentence for holding the women against their will.
Two Congolese guards, Mbila Kakese, 45, and Ogima Tsasa Nduka, 49, were both sentenced to six months' imprisonment with a three-year probationary period for their complicity in the crime of kidnapping.

According to reports, Koffi Olomidé and the two guards must now pay from 10,000 to 32,000 euros in damages for each dancer.
