Burna Boy Reveals Why He Didn't Endorse Any Candidate in the 2023 Nigerian Elections

The Port Harcourt singer, who didn't partake in the electoral process, continues to air his thoughts about the election.

Nigerian ace singer, songwriter, and performer, Damini Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy, has continued to speak out on the ongoing 2023 elections in Nigeria.

On Saturday, February 25, 2022, Nigerians trooped out in large numbers to actively participate in the 2023 presidential, senate, and house of representatives elections.

The exercise, which is in the stage of result announcement as of Sunday, February 26th, saw a large turnout of voters, including some of the entertainment industry's biggest names like Falz, Patoranking, Ladipoe, P-Square, and a slew of others.

Grammy-winning singer Burna Boy, who didn't participate in the election as he was abroad, took to Instagram again on Monday, February 27th, to explain why he has been unusually mute about the elections. According to the singer, he decided not to endorse a particular candidate because he didn't want the public to blame him if the said candidate didn't perform afterwards.
