Tanzania's Marioo Speaks About His Collaboration With Nigeria's Davido | SEE DETAILS
Tanzania singer and songwriter Marioo has finally spoken on why his collaboration with Nigerian superstar Davido did not work out.
Marioo who has recently released his highly anticipated album titled "The Kid You Know" has disclosed the reasons why his most awaited collaboration with Davido did not come to fruition. Marioo is an award-winning singer from Tanzania who won the category of Best Bongo Fleva Song with Bia Tamu at the 2022 Tanzania Music Awards.

Speaking in an interview at Clouds FM's XXL Marioo stated that it's true that he had plans to feature Davido in a song and that were efforts being made but Davido‘s busy schedule as well as is, is what delayed the project.
"It is what it is and I was busy with some kinds of stuff and so was Davido and that's why we failed to complete the project but good the part is we are still communicating and we are okay," said Marioo who once worked as a car mechanic in Mwenge Dar Es Salaam before venturing into music.
