Manchester United Football Club confirmed the signing of Mason Mount from Chelsea, the midfielder is the first player that will join the Red Devils ahead of the 2023/24 season.

This was the reason why United's recruitment team decided to bring in the 24-year-old because he suits what Ten Hag wants.

Mason Mount completed his £55m transfer from Chelsea to Manchester United to become Erik ten Hag's first summer signing, He signed a five-year deal with the club which means he will be a Red Devil until at least 2028 with an option to extend by a year.
