Who are the nominees for the 2025/26 Premier League manager of the season?

The Premier League has officially announced the six nominees for the 2025/26 Manager of the Season award, recognising the coaches who have made the biggest impact throughout a dramatic campaign.

Leading the nominations is Pep Guardiola, who is aiming to win the award for a sixth time after guiding Manchester City through another strong title challenge. Mikel Arteta is also shortlisted following another impressive campaign with Arsenal, as the Gunners continue to push for their first Premier League title in 22 years.

One of the biggest surprises on the list is Michael Carrick, who transformed Manchester United after taking charge midway through the season. His impact has helped United secure a return to the UEFA Champions League places.

Meanwhile, Andoni Iraola earns recognition for leading AFC Bournemouth into the race for European football with an impressive unbeaten run.

The remaining nominees are Keith Andrews of Brentford and Régis Le Bris of Sunderland A.F.C.. Andrews has impressed during his first season in charge at Brentford, while Le Bris has guided newly-promoted Sunderland into the top half of the table.
