Real Madrid's forward player, Vinicius Jnr has reacted to the Ballon d'Or result which saw him lose the award to Manchester City's Rodri.
Vinicius Junior took to his official social media account to react at the end of the ceremony after he finished second in the Ballon d’Or voting behind Manchester City’s Rodri. He vowed to repeat his campaign “ten times” over if he needed to, to earn recognition with the game’s top individual prize
The Brazilian forward was tipped as the favourite to win the France Football ceremony in Paris on Monday, October 28, 2024, but before the award ceremony, rumours emerged that Rodri had claimed the top spot in voting.
There were reports from some of Real Madrid Players that the result was manipulated by the organisers of the Ballon d'Or award.
