Manchester United's midfielder, Bruno Fernandes has written his name in the history books of the UEFA Champions League.

The Portuguese achieved this feat on Wednesday, February 23rd, 2022 in the 1-1 game against Atletico Madrid. Fernandes created an assist for Elanga which the Red Devils left Spain with a glimpse of hope going to the second leg.
The midfielder became the first player in the history of the UEFA Champions League to create six consecutive assists while playing for an English club. He broke the record previously held by David Beckham while he was playing for Manchester United.
The English man had five assists in 1998 while Fernandes has six assists to his name. He has been in amazing form since he joined the club.
