Chelsea is reportedly set to make a 70 million euros bid for another player who is a Liverpool target in the January 2023 transfer window.
It seems as though the blues, Chelsea, are on the right path towards building a formidable squad as reports indicate that the blues are set to revisit the club they got Graham Potter and Marc Cucurella from and make a bid for a talented player who is also a target of rivals Liverpool.
According to the Mirror UK and Daily Mail UK, Chelsea FC is set to make a bid estimated to be around 70 million euros for Brighton's midfielder, Moises Caicedo. The Blues are also said to be considering making a move for Belgian Leonardo Trossard, who had a fallout with Brighton's boss Roberto De Zerbi.
Moises Caicedo is believed to be a player that would offer the much-required creativity in the midfield department of Chelsea, which has continued to suffer over time in the absence of French Talisman N'Golo Kante.
It is however uncertain if Chelsea would be willing to pay that much if they get a better option.

On Moises Caicedo, Daily Mail UK revealed:
The midfielder has three years left to run on his current contract, but Chelsea have earmarked him as a possible replacement for long-term injury absentee N'Golo Kante.
Any approach from Chelsea would mark another raid on Brighton after they signed Marc Cucurella in the summer, and then poached Graham Potter and his staff from The Amex to replace Thomas Tuchel in September.
