The quest for Tottenham Hotspur to qualify for the UEFA Champions League next season have suffered a huge blow.
The London club will be without its first-choice goalkeeper, Hugo Lloris for at least eight weeks following an injury he picked up in the game against Manchester City on Sunday, February, 5th, 2023.
Lloris is expected to miss Premier League matches against Leicester City, West Ham United, Chelsea, Wolverhampton Wanderers, and Nottingham Forest. He will also miss the second-round, UEFA Champions League game.
The 36-year-old is expected to return in mid-March ahead of the possible FA Cup quarter-final tie should they defeat Southampton in the second round.
