Qatari-based Owner Takes Decision on His Bid to Takeover Manchester United

Qatari-based business owner, Sheikh Jassim Bin Hamad Al Thani is set to make his second bid for the purchase of Manchester United.

Sky Sports News confirmed on its official website that there was positive news when both parties met in a closed-door meeting on Thursday, March 16th, 2023. According to reports, the representatives of Sheikh Jassim are looking to submit a new bid before the end of Wednesday, March 22nd, 2023.

A delegation from Qatar traveled to Manchester from London where both parties held talks for almost 10 hours. The purpose of this visit was to get a perspective on what they could do with their capital investment regarding infrastructure, youth development, and the women's team.

British billionaire Sir Jim Ratcliffe is also expected to make a second offer for Manchester United next week after visiting the club on Friday, March 17th, 2023.
