The 2023/24 Premier League season will go down in history as one of the most competitive title challenges since the inception of the competition in 1992.
The title race is between Manchester City, Liverpool, and Arsenal with just three points separating the club with eight matches until the end of the season. Arsenal were the league leaders heading into the match week 30 fixtures, however, the Gunners lost their position after the game between themselves and City ended goalless.
Liverpool went top of the league table with a 2-1 hard-fought win over Brighton at Anfield on Sunday, March 31, 2024. The Reds lead the Gunners with two points and are three points ahead of the Cityzens.
The three teams are up for action as the Premier League returns for mid-week fixtures. Liverpool will host Sheffield United while Arsenal will face Luton at the Emirates. Manchester City have a tricky fixture against Aston Villa who are chasing a spot in the UEFA Champions League.
