Another player reportedly set to follow the steps of Lukaku and leave Chelsea FC

Reports indicate that another Chelsea FC star player is set to leave the club as Romelu Lukaku keeps pushing before the 2023/2024 season starts.

Several reports indicate that Chelsea FC is set to authorize the move of a forward player who is not Romelu Lukaku to another club on a loan deal before the commencement of the 2023/2024 season.

The newly signed Datro Fofana is set to be making a loan move to Union Berlin which would last for the whole 2023/2024 season, with the player making his return to Stamford Bridge in June 2024. This is shocking as Fofana has not really featured in many games with the senior squad since the club signed him.

Fofana is the only forward player the Blues have agreed to send out on loan despite attempts by Romelu Lukaku to force a move to Inter Milan. Chelsea has reportedly cleared the air that Lukaku, who rejected a move to Saudi Arabia, would only be sold to another club and not be loaned out once again.

It was also mentioned that Inter Milan is looking to provide a deal where they sign the striker on a permanent basis at the club.

Chelsea still has not resolved their forward situation, although the Blues still have options such as Aubameyang and Armando Broja, both available ahead of a new season.
