Pep Guardiola in his post-match press conference reacted to the shocking decision made by the referee in the Man City vs Tottenham fixture in the premier league.

The fixture which was played today, Sunday, December 3, 2023, saw the referee Simon Hooper, halt an attacking opportunity for Man City after waving play on following a challenge on Erling Haaland in the fixture. His decision to halt the ack Grealish-charged attack eliminated the possibility of the Cityzens securing a late win in the fixture against Tottenham.

Many players were furious with the controversial decision and the coach of Man City, Pep Guardiola was not left out as well as the manager voiced his distaste for the decision made by the referee in the game at his post-match press conference.

Guardiola said, "Next question. I will not do a Mikel Arteta comment. It is hard when you review the image, the referee decides to blow the whistle after he has already said to play on.
