Arsenal Football Club have confirmed the signing of Oleksandr Zinchenko from Manchester City ahead of the new football season ( 2022/23).

The Gunners confirmed the signing on its official website on Friday, July 22nd, 2022. According to reports from the club, the Ukrainian signed a long-term deal with the North London club.
The 25-year-old started his football career with the youth academy at Ukrainian club Shakhtar Donetsk, moving to FC Ufa in Russia in 2015. He had 31 appearances with FC Ufa, before he signed for Manchester City in June 2016, spending the 2016/17 on loan at Dutch side PSV Eindhoven, before returning to City the following season.
He is the fifth player to join the Men's first team squad ahead of the new season. Other players that have joined the club includes; Gabriel Jesus, Marquinhos, Matt Turner and Fabio Vieira.
