The 29-year-old had already had one spell in England when he joined Chelsea during the summer transfer window in 2016. Over the six years that he was contracted to the Blues, he only made 77 appearances for the club, scoring 25 goals
He will always be remembered for scoring the winner against West Bromwich Albion, which won the Blues the Premier League title in the 2016/17 season.
