Manchester United fans will be allowed to replace their Mason Greenwood's jersey with that of another player for free.

Sports Bible confirmed the news on its website on Thursday, February 3rd, 2022. Greenwood was arrested on Sunday, January 30th, 2022 by the Greater Manchester Police Station for an alleged physical assault, rape and threat to kill. The 20-year-old was however released on Wednesday, February 2nd, 2022 pending further investigations.
Manchester United had since the incident suspended the player from training with the team until further notice when there is more clarity on the case. Nike footwear also suspended its contract with the 20-year-old until the investigation is over.
The club's partner, Cadbury also confirmed that it will not feature Greenwood in any of its upcoming marketing or products. The spokesman of EA Sports also confirmed that Greenwood will be removed from the FIFA 22 and will not feature in FIFA Ultimate team.
