Here are all the first set of fixtures Man City will play in the new format of the 2024/2025 Champions League.
In the recently implemented league-phase format, Man City is expected to kick out their 2024/2025 UEFA Champions League campaign with a formidable schedule of games as their opponents as well as their fixtures have been confirmed.
The highly anticipated home match against Inter Milan, a rematch of the 2023 final, is the first game of the schedule. Then, in a match that will put City to the test early in the campaign, they will go to Paris to play Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).
The calendar for City also includes a home match against Dutch champions Feyenoord and a trip to Turin to play Juventus, a team with a long European history. They have another difficult away match on their schedule when they play Sporting CP in Lisbon.
Club Brugge, a team renowned for its fierce nature, and Sparta Prague, a Czech team playing in their maiden European competition, will be the next opponents of City. The last group stage match will see the Cityzens travel to Slovakia to play Slovan Bratislava, to earn crucial points.
