The head coach of Chelsea Football Club, Liam Rosenior, has sent a message to the club's supporters following his victory against Pafos.

Rosenior spoke in his post-match press conference, discussing his tactics and how he has been able to settle in at Chelsea. According to him, to get most of the supporters on his side then Chelsea will have to start winning games under his belt.

He said,

"I just have to keep focusing on the job which is to try and win as many games as possible. I can't affect other things that are happening. From my point of view, I'm very excited about the future of this club. I would love the fans to be with me but I need to earn that. It's two-way."

He also spoke about the team’s performance against Pafos and how he intends to break down a team that plays low blocks.

"You have to keep banging on the door. You obviously want to get the breakthrough earlier. I am pleased with but things we need to improve."

Rosenior was appointed as a replacement for Enzo Maresca who was sacked after falling out with the board at Chelsea following his comments after the victory against Everton in December 2025.

The former Strasbourg manager has lost just one match in his first four matches as Chelsea manager. The defeat came against Arsenal in the first leg of the Carabao Cup.

The Blues will face Crystal Palace in their next Premier League game before they travel to face Napoli in the UEFA Champions League.
