The defender of Arsenal Football Club, Kieran Tierney has been ruled out for the Premier League season.

The Scottish player is expected to have surgery later this week following an injury he picked up while on international duties with Scotland during the last FIFA window. Arsenal confirmed the news on its official website on Tuesday, April 5th, 2022, according to reports he might not be available for Scotland's World Cup qualifying match in June 2022.
Tierney who has played 25 games all season for the Gunners was left out of the club's 3-0 defeat against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park. The club's manager had confirmed before the game that he picked up an injury when he was with Scotland.
The Presence of the left-back will be missed by the Gunners as they continue their quest to finish in the top four positions this season.
