Chelsea's legend, John Terry, has returned to the London club to take up a coaching consultancy role at the club's Academy.

Chelsea confirmed the news on its official website on Wednesday, December 29th, 2021. Terry played the game of football at the highest level for 20 years for both Chelsea and Aston Villa. He also use his experience at Aston Villa, where he served as the club's assistant coach.
Chelsea's Head of youth development, Neil Bath, was excited about Terry joining the club's academy. According to him, the former player will be a great mentor to the players and he will also be an asset to the coaching crew.

John Terry made 717 senior appearances for the Blues, the third-most in the history of the club. He won 17 trophies during that period, including five Premier League titles and the UEFA Champions League.
