Liverpool's winger, Mohamed Salah has extended his contract with the Anfield club which will see him stay at the club until 2025.

There have been reports that Salah was going to leave Anfield as a free agent when his contract expires at the end of next season ( 2022/23). However, the manager of Liverpool, Jurgen Klopp was a key reason why Salah will be at the Merseyside club until 2025.

The reports coming in from Anfield confirmed that the German was able to convince the Egyptian King after he showed him the plans of the club. Salah is expected to earn £350,000 a week which will make him the highest-paid African player in Premier League history.
