The Premier League is heating up, and Fantasy Premier League (FPL) managers are gearing up for another week as we go through the captain options for Week 7.
Cole Palmer was the FPL star of week 6 as the Chelsea midfielder wrote his name into the history of the Premier League by scoring four goals in the first half of the game against Brighton However, the most disappointing player of the week was Erling Haaland, who blanked for the first time this season as Manchester City dropped two points against Manchester City.
Mohamed Salah also rewarded his managers as he scored a penalty at the Molineux Stadium against Wolves. FPL game week 7 looks straightforward as the top players all have easy fixtures, which will give them the option of picking the perfect player that will wear their captain armband.
Here are the best captain options ahead of FPL Week 7
(1) Bukayo Saka: ( vs. Southampton)
The English midfielder has returned five assists and scored one goal in his first six games. That’s a wonderful return already, and Arsenal, fresh off the back of a tough 4-2 victory over Leicester, will look to push on as they take on Southampton and Bournemouth in their next two games.

(2) Cole Palmer: ( vs. Nottingham Forest)
The Chelsea midfielder is expected to continue in the same form from last weekend's game against Brighton when the Blues host Nottingham Forest at Stamford Bridge.
(3) Kai Havertz: ( vs. Southampton)
The Arsenal forward player also has an easy feature against Southampton, and with the recent form of Saka, the German has proven to be a good option going forward and will hope he continues to link up with the midfield.
(4) Bryan Mbeumo: ( vs. Wolves)
Wolves are one of the few teams that are yet to secure their first win of the season, which is the club's poorest form in the past few season. This match is perfect for Mbeumo, who has been consistent for Brentford since the beginning of this season and could return for the Bees.
(5) Ollie Watkins: ( vs. Manchester United)
The Aston Villa player would be licking his lips going into the fixture due to the poor form of the Red Devils across all competitions this season. Villa has been in fantastic form, especially at the home, and they are expected to put Manchester United to the sword when they host their visitors at Villa Park.
