There has not been any good news for Manchester United supporters and Erik Ten Hag in the past couple of days both on and off the field.
The latest bad news that hit the club is the injury to its latest player, Sofyan Amrabat who reportedly has a back injury. This was confirmed supporter midfielder was left out of the Moroccan national team squad for this week's international fixtures against Liberia and Burkina Faso due to injury.
The Athletic initially confirmed earlier in the week that Manchester United detected a back injury during Amrabat's medical. However, the issue is not thought to be serious and they will hope to have the 27-year-old back to full fitness as soon as possible.
Manchester United supporters will hope he gets back in time before the fixture congestion kicks off with their participation in the UEFA Champions League and the Carabao Cup.
The Moroccan midfielder joined United on an initial season-long loan on deadline day from Fiorentina, with the Red Devils paying the Italian side an £ 8 million loan fee with the option to make the deal permanent next summer for £21m.
