Crystal Palace has reportedly set to complete the signing of Super Eagles forward player, Kelechi Iheanacho from Leicester City.
The forward player was in fantastic form during the 2022/23 football season for the Foxes but his effort was not enough to see his team survive the Premier League table. Daily Mirror confirmed that Crystal Palace are looking to strengthen their squad and the Nigerian is a favourable player for the club
.
The former Manchester City player, Kelechi Iheanacho has played three games for the Championship side this season but he is yet to find the back of the net. He has scored 56 goals in 210 appearances in all competitions in his seven seasons at the club since joining from City for £25million in 2017.
However, Iheanacho's contract will expire at the end of the 2023/24 football season and Leicester risks losing him as a free player if he fails to sign a new contract.
