Chelsea Set to Hijack a Transfer From Manchester United

Chelsea Football Club are reportedly set to hijack a deal from Manchester United as it concerns Frenkie de Jong from Barcelona.

The Blues have been in the transfer window for a possible replacement for departed Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen who have both joined Real Madrid and Barcelona respectively.

Manchester United have been linked to the Dutchman since the start of the transfer window but the Red Devils have failed to reach the asking price from Barcelona. The Cataluyna side are reportedly asking for €85 million but the Red Devils are willing to pay less than that price.

However, BR football confirmed that the deal is said to be hijacked by Chelsea. the Stamford Bridge club have been linked with Jules Kounde, Nathan Ake and Matthijs de Ligt.
