Chelsea Football Club have thrilled its supporters with the release of its new away kit ahead of the 2024/25 season.
The Blues released the new jersey on its official website on Monday, July 29, 2024, which was a sharp contrast in reaction from the supporters to the home kit, which was presented to the supporters some weeks ago. There was a mixed reaction from the fans when the club released the Blue home kit as some felt it was not beautiful while some fell in love with it as soon they saw it.
Chelsea have decided to take inspiration from the blue fame theme from the home kit into the away shirt. The orange accent colour presents fire and the shared ambition, burning passion and determination of the whole club to succeed both on and off the pitch.
Both kits are accented by ‘team orange’ and ‘rush blue’ trims to provide contrast and a connection to the home kit which also carries the tones so synonymous with the club’s kits over the years. This season’s shirts also feature a custom crest, enhancing the orange tones from the club’s past kits in a modern way.
Chelsea supporters hope that this next kit will bring success on the pitch as they compete in major competitions next season.
